How do you collect payment?

All major credit cards are accepted and processed through PayPal

Do you collect sales tax?

California residents may be subject to 8.75% sales tax.

How long does it take to get my stuff?

All orders are generally shipped within 48 hours. Delivery times may very depending on your location in the world.

What carrier do you use?

All domestic orders will ship via USPS first class mail. All International orders ship via USPS First Class international.

Can I track my International order?

all international orders can not be tracked. Please be aware that it may take several weeks for your item to pass through customs. If you have not received your item after 6 weeks please contact [email protected]

What is your return policy?

We will accept a return within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. CDs, Records and DVDs must remain factory sealed, unless they are damaged or defective. Underwear and body jewelry can not be exchanged or refunded unless there is an obvious factory defect.

If something is wrong with the item:

If we made a packing error, the package was damaged in shipping or the item is defective we will cover the shipping costs of correcting the problem

If you got the wrong size or just don't like an item:

If you ordered the wrong size, or need to return an item for any other reason besides an error on our end, you are responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost to re-send an exchanged item plus a $3 processing fee per item.

You will receive a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number along with a form to fill out regarding the return, along with pre-paid return postage if applicable.
